To ensure a perfect fit for your back collar, it is essential to take accurate measurements.

Grab a soft tape measure, or failing that, some thread, ribbon, or string. Put on your dress or a similarly open-back top and, with someone else's help (not your future husband, of course!), measure the distance from the nape of your neck to the exact spot where you want the last bead or pendant on your necklace to end.

Please then send us the following information:

• The distance between the bottom of your neck and the desired end of the necklace

• Your height (in cm)

• Your usual top size (S, M, L, etc.) this allows us to better adapt the proportion of the jewelry to your body shape.

If your dress is still at the seamstress and the last fitting has already taken place, don't panic.

All you need to do is send us a photo of your back (cleavage visible), along with your size and body type information.

Although this method is a little less precise, we can estimate the ideal length of your necklace with great accuracy to within a few millimeters.

All our jewelry is made to order , in our workshop in France. We maintain consistent lead times throughout the year ranging from 4 to 12 working days of manufacturing, but during peak season (April to July), a few additional days may be required for customization.
