Hereinafter referred to as "Atelier Lilac"

And any natural person making a purchase via the website www.atelierlilac.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Article 2 – Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Atelier Lilac on the website www.atelierlilac.com.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are mainly:

• wedding jewelry
• bridal hair accessories
• back necklaces
• wedding bags
• garters
• bridal boxes

The majority of the products offered are handmade and made-to-order in the Atelier Lilac workshop.

The photographs and visuals presented on the site are provided for information purposes and are not contractual. Due to the artisanal nature of the products, slight variations may exist.

Article 4 – Product Personalization

A large portion of Atelier Lilac creations can be subject to personalizations (length, finishes, adjustments, etc.).

Personalized products:

• cannot be refunded
• may be exchanged according to the conditions provided in these GTCS

Any personalized order cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Article 5 – Ordering

Any order placed on the website www.atelierlilac.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Once the order is validated and payment is made, the Customer receives a confirmation email.

Atelier Lilac reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer.

Article 6 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros.

They are subject to change at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Delivery costs are added during order validation and vary according to the selected carrier.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The payment methods accepted on the site are:

• bank card
• Apple Pay
• PayPal
• other methods offered by Shopify

Transactions are secured via Shopify's payment systems.

Article 8 – Production Times

As the majority of Atelier Lilac creations are handmade, a production time is required.

The average production time is between:

4 and 12 business days

This time frame is indicative and may vary depending on the workshop's activity.

Some products may be available in stock and shipped more quickly.

ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within France and internationally.

The carriers offered may include, but are not limited to:

• Colissimo
• UPS
• FedEx
• Chronopost

Delivery costs are calculated according to the destination and the carrier chosen at the time of ordering.

The delivery times communicated are given for information purposes and may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, and any customs formalities.

Atelier Lilac cannot be held responsible for delays directly attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable legal provisions.

For deliveries to countries located outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may be required upon the arrival of the package in the destination country.

These potential fees are independent of Atelier Lilac and remain the responsibility of the Customer. They are not included in the order price or the delivery costs invoiced by Atelier Lilac.

The Customer is advised to inquire with the customs or tax authorities of their country to find out about any applicable fees before placing an order.

In the event of loss, damage, or an incident occurring during transport, the Customer is invited to contact Atelier Lilac as soon as possible so that a verification can be carried out with the carrier.

The Customer is also invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any anomalies as soon as possible.

Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right does not apply to products that are personalized or made to measure.

Article 11 – Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal regarding standard creations eligible for return.

Returned creations must be:

• in their original condition;
• unworn and unused;
• complete and returned in their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a non-conforming or defective creation, or an error attributable to Atelier Lilac.

Exceptions to the right of return and exchange

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been unsealed or their protective packaging opened after delivery, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity.

Likewise, creations made to measure or personalized according to the Customer's requests cannot be returned or exchanged. Creations that have been subject to a specific modification at the Customer's request, such as a change in length, composition, finish, or any other element of the creation, are considered personalized.

These exclusions do not prevent the application of legal guarantees in the event of a defect, non-conformity, or error attributable to Atelier Lilac.

Article 12 – Refunds

When a refund is accepted, it is processed within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

The refund is made via the payment method used during the order, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

Article 13 – Warranty

Atelier Lilac creations benefit from a warranty of 6 months from receipt of the product.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects.

Depending on the case, Atelier Lilac may offer:

• a repair
• a product exchange

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• damage caused by misuse
• shocks or inappropriate handling.

Article 14 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.atelierlilac.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Atelier Lilac.

Any reproduction, exploitation, or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 15 – Personal Data

The information collected during orders is necessary for the processing and management of orders.

Data may be processed via Shopify services.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Article 16 – Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the possibility to use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute.

After a prior written approach to Atelier Lilac, the Customer may contact the following mediator:

Article 17 – Applicable Law

These GTCS are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Atelier Lilac's registered office.

Article 18 – Event-Related Orders (Wedding)

Atelier Lilac creations are frequently intended for specific events, particularly weddings.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that production and delivery times are compatible with the date of their event.

When ordering, the Customer is invited to anticipate the time required for artisanal production and delivery.

Atelier Lilac cannot be held responsible for an order placed too close to the date of the event.

In case of specific needs or urgent orders, the Customer is invited to contact the Atelier Lilac team before finalizing their order to study the feasibility.

Article 19 – Delivery Delays Independent of Atelier Lilac

Delivery times are provided by third-party carriers.

Atelier Lilac cannot be held responsible for:

• delivery delays attributable to the carrier
• transport-related disruptions
• events beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, logistical incidents, etc.)

In the event that a product is ordered for a specific event, it is strongly recommended that the Customer allow a sufficient margin before the date of the event.

No refund can be claimed for a delay attributable to the carrier.

Article 20 – Care of Jewelry and Accessories

Atelier Lilac creations are made by hand with delicate materials such as pearls, precious metals, or decorative elements.

To preserve the quality and durability of the creations, it is recommended to:

• avoid any contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetic products
• remove jewelry before any sports or physical activity
• handle accessories with care
• store creations in their case or pouch when not being worn

Misuse, lack of maintenance, or inappropriate handling can alter the appearance or strength of the creations.

These situations cannot engage the responsibility of Atelier Lilac.
