We do our best to satisfy the customer, but if the items are not suitable, the customer has the right, in accordance with the law, to return the ordered items within 14 calendar days (including Sundays and public holidays) from the date of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any return must be reported to Atelier Lilac in advance using a form.

The customer will provide Atelier Lilac with proof of reshipment of their order (Colissimo number, tracking number, etc.)

Please note! Customizations and special or made-to-measure creations cannot be refunded under any circumstances. (e.g., jewelry or outfits created to the customer's measurements and in the color chosen by them, custom creations, creations based on sketches, color changes, etc.)

The refund will be made to the bank card used to make the purchase.

Product exchange

The Buyer also has a period of fourteen (14) days to request an exchange. The Buyer will not pay any delivery charges on the new exchange order. The Buyer may return the Products to Atelier Lilac by La Poste with tracking number only. As a reminder, the return costs by La Poste remain the responsibility of the Buyer and the Products to be exchanged must be intact, complete with their packaging.
