Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, especially for you.
- 4 to 12 business days for creation
- Some models may require additional time depending on their complexity
Because every detail counts, we take the time to create a unique piece, in your image.
Standard Delivery
France
- Standard delivery: 3 to 4 working days
- Colissimo: 2 working days
International
- Standard: 5 to 10 working days
- Colissimo: 4 to 6 working days
- UPS / FedEx / Chronopost: 2 to 5 working days

Express delivery
For urgent orders, we offer an express delivery service with priority manufacturing.
- Manufacture within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Express shipping upon completion of production

- International (UPS, Chronopost or FedEx): 2 to 5 working days depending on the country
Delivery offer
- Upgrade of your standard delivery, offered as express for purchases over €200
- Tracked delivery on all orders
- During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly extended

Returns & Exchanges
We want each creation to fit you perfectly. If this isn't the case, we offer a simple and reassuring solution.
Return window
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
The request must be made within 10 days of receipt via our customer service.
Return Policy
Items must be:
- Unworn (other than trying on)
- In perfect condition
- In their original packaging
Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Reshipping costs are covered by Atelier Lilac

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and personalization reasons:
- Earrings
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- If your wedding takes place within the return period, the jewelry is considered worn and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after receipt and validation of the return
Processing may take up to 30 days
Defective/damaged item
If your jewelry has a defect:
- We offer an exchange or a refund
- Return shipping costs are covered by Atelier Lilac
Lost or damaged package

FAQ – Delivery & Returns
DELIVERIES
The production time is 4 to 12 business days. This timeframe is indicative and may vary slightly depending on the season and the availability of materials.
We invite you to indicate your wedding date in the order notes so we can make the necessary arrangements if it is approaching.
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
1. Delivery options | Colissimo | Express delivery
- Standard (tracked letter)
- Secured shipping (Colissimo, strongly recommended)
- Express (UPS, Chronopost)
2. Delivery + imperfect jewelry box
With this option, we use jewelry boxes that may present slight manufacturing imperfections, such as minor marks or printing defects. These small imperfections do not affect the quality or safety of the jewelry.
This initiative allows us to reuse these boxes instead of discarding them, offering a more environmentally friendly option to our customers.
Please note that this option applies only to the jewelry box and not to the outer shipping packaging.
We invite you to contact us as soon as possible to check the feasibility of your request.
We offer an express manufacturing and delivery service, and we do our best to support you until the big day.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are independent of Atelier Lilac.
We recommend that you contact us or inquire with local authorities to find out the possible applicable amounts.
If your package has not arrived within the announced timeframe, we invite you to first check the delivery tracking provided during shipping.

Our team will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you in finding a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry has not been worn and is not earrings or personalized or custom-made jewelry.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, but re-shipping in case of exchange is free.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination:
France
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days
- Colissimo: 2 business days
International
- Standard: 5 to 10 business days
- Colissimo: 4 to 6 business days
