This piece of jewelry consists of a 24k gold-plated stud earring formed by a large circular disc with a brushed surface reflecting satin gold, from which a smaller circular pendant is suspended by a discreet ring: a round, white natural freshwater pearl, set in an 18k gold-plated mounting paved with sparkling zircons all around its circumference. The juxtaposition of the matte disc and the shimmering halo creates a balance between sobriety and preciousness.
